A CRM that fits how you work
Just bought HubSpot, HighLevel, or Keap? Or been fighting yours for years? I'll set it up around how your business actually runs and clear out the clutter, so your team uses it instead of working around it.
Less manual work. More time for the business you actually want to run.
I'm Timothy Smith, a CRM and marketing automation consultant. I set up, clean up, and connect the tools your business runs on, so follow-ups happen, leads don't leak, and nothing depends on someone remembering.
What I do
Just bought HubSpot, HighLevel, or Keap? Or been fighting yours for years? I'll set it up around how your business actually runs and clear out the clutter, so your team uses it instead of working around it.
Follow-ups go out on time. New leads reach the right person. Reminders, review requests, and alerts fire on their own, without anyone touching a keyboard.
Moving to a new CRM? Your contacts, history, and automations come with you. And when your tools refuse to talk to each other, I connect them with Zapier, Make, or custom work.

About
I've worked inside the CRMs and automation platforms that small and growing businesses run on since 2012: first Infusionsoft (now Keap), then HubSpot, HighLevel, and the tools that plug into them. Most of my work comes from referrals and repeat clients.
I do everything from first-time platform setups for owner-operators to deep migrations and custom integration work for established teams. Different scale, same goal: systems that quietly do their job so you can do yours.
For teams that run on their CRM every day, I stay on as the person who knows how everything is wired. Changes get made with the whole picture in mind, and you never start over with someone new.
FAQ
I make the systems behind your business work the way they should. That means setting up or cleaning up your CRM, building automations that handle repetitive work, connecting tools that don't talk to each other, and making sure leads, follow-ups, and client messages don't get missed.
My main focus is HubSpot and HighLevel, backed by years of Keap experience. I also work regularly with the tools that connect everything: Zapier, Make, and custom integrations. If your stack includes something else, chances are I've worked with it or can get up to speed fast.
Yes. I start by learning how your system is built and what's already working. Then I fix what isn't and build on what's there, so you don't have to start over.
No. Many of my clients aren't technical, and they don't need to be. I handle the technical side and show you only what you need, in plain language, with video walkthroughs you can come back to.
Yes. I handle CRM migrations end to end: mapping your data, preserving your automations and pipelines, and cutting over without losing contacts, history, or momentum. Migrations are where things most often go wrong when done in a rush, so a careful plan is most of the work.
It depends on the size of the job. A small fix can take days; a full migration takes longer. Before we start, I give you a realistic timeline, so you're never guessing.
Yes. Many of my client relationships are long-term. I act as the technical partner behind their CRM and automation stack. With a retainer, you get one person who already knows how your systems are built, so fixes are faster and nothing gets broken by someone new.
No. I've worked with businesses in investing education, sales coaching, benefits enrollment, compliance conferences, legal, and more. The problems are remarkably similar across industries: too much manual work, tools that don't connect, and follow-up that depends on someone remembering. Those are the problems I fix.
Book a call. It's a conversation to learn what you need and see how I can help. We'll talk through what's slowing you down, and I'll tell you honestly what I'd fix first and what it would take. No pressure, no jargon. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so and point you in a better direction.
Tell me what's eating your time. I'll tell you how to get it back.
